Get out yer toothbrush, cuz you're gonna get a cavity!

OMGOSH! Guess what, peeps!? Guess! Guess! Guess!

Oh, you'll never guess, so lemme just spill it: Cubworld is going to do a back-to-school block-party concert in MY yard sometime in August!

WOOO HOOO!

(Toldya my yard ROCKS UBER HARD!)

(Was that braggedy?)

I wonder if I can book Jack Johnson to be Cubworld's opening act? (hee hee hee. Sometimes I crack myself up.)

It's perfect timing too because Cubworld's new album hits the shelves in August.

So school is almost out and today was the elementary school dance festival. You wanna see how doggone cute my twins looked? huh? huh? huh?

And that was before the festival even started.

This is after:

Is it just me, or does it look like I've got a bad boy on my hands?

Power to the people! (or in my case, power to the peeps!)

Okay, can I talk about Lulu now? Can I? Can I? Can I?

You know how when you have a baby and then it turns five months old and suddenly becomes soooo cute you just want to eat it?

That's how it is when puppies turn 13 weeks old. Lulu is SO! GOSH! DANG! CUTE! I could totally eat her for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I could eat her for a snack too.

Everyone told me that puppies are cute for the first few weeks, but once the newness wears off, they're just a pain in the patootie.

Myth BuStEd! That is so NOT true! Lulu just keeps getting cuter and cuter and cuter. One of the cutest things she does, besides climbing into the ottoman . . .

. . . is when she sticks her head out the window while we're driving.

Okay, so that was redundant, but don't even try to tell me your stomach doesn't start growling when you look at her!

She's cute, yes, but I confess, she's not perfect.

And it looks like she never will be.

Does anyone else find it ironic that she would choose this book to masticate?

Now that you have Lulu I bet the kids don't even miss Hawaii anymore. They have found a new love.

So at the dance festival were the boys on different sides or did they dance at different times? Because they are not in the same shots.

I told May S. to please put Jim and Nan in the same general area for May Day so when I videoed them I could get them both in the same shot and not have to pan back in forth. Then she asks, "Are they twins?" Um yeah sorta.

So stinkin' cute! This post almost makes me want to move to Utah and get a puppy....almost.

How exciting that you're going to have a rockin' concert in your own backyard. I bet JJ is reading this and thinking, "Why didn't I ever think to offer a yard party for Crash! Man, a missed opportunity for me."

I'm worried for you, Crash. Like me, you have produced exceptionally cute children. When those twins turn sixteen you'll probably have to get an unpublished phone number. Or maybe it's already happening. You know girls these days.

LOVE the book irony! That is absolutely perfect.

Ok, you are not allowed to complain about living in UT anymore. You have a rockin yard with an actual concert in it. Some people just have waterfalls or fruit trees. Not you. You have a concert.

I think it is good that you have a soft spot for bad boys because you are correct--it does look like you have one. I could hear the soundtrack for Grease blaring through my music teacher eardrums.

I don't know. . .something ain't right. My twin sister look exactly alike. I mean, exactly! Somehow you managed to make one look like you and one like your hub. You are uber talented. (P.S. they stop chewing everything up around age 2)

Braden, complain? who me? I ain't no complainer! ;) And ha ha ha about your music teacher eardrums. Good one! ;)

Don, I'm so glad someone appreciates that irony. I think Lulu's stickin' it to the man, already! ha ha

Susan, ha ha My favorite part of that comment was the subtle "like me" hee hee.

Amanda, ha ha ha ha ha That comment made me LOL out loud. ha ha

Martha, OMGOSH! I said the same thing yesterday as I was trying to dart through the crowd to get photos of both boys. WHY oh WHY wouldn't a teacher think to put twins side by side? JUST for the MOTHER'S sake. But it always happened at May Day too. I'm proud of you for telling May. And ha ha ha that she didn't know they were twins.

Miss Heidi, AGE 2? That's like 110 weeks away!

I think that your life totally rocks!!!
I wanna come to your back yard in August!
I wonder if there will still be snow?

Very cute picture of those boyz!
Dancing KING that's what they are! (A little Olivia Newton-John)

I think Lulu is a bit like Laman and Lemuel. They were probably super cute n stuff.
But I think they wanted to tear apart the plates that talked about pride and envy and evil.
Lulu doesn't want you to know about doggy perfection. Just sayin'
So maybe you should do some name changin' like Luluel or Lulumen.

OMGosh - so.darn.cute...the boys and Miz Lulu!!

Are we invited to the yard party, or am I gonna have to "crash" it?

Melanie Jacobson said...

All right. I think I'm converting to Lulu. Her name reminds me of friend's dog, Minnie. Short for Minnesota.

The Crash Test Dummy said...

Yes, you are all invited to crash the partay. The Stomp the Yard Partay! Jodi, you won't have to travel far to stomp the yard. ;)

Hi Melanie J. How cute. I think I would like Minnie too.

Garden, ha ha ha ha ha Lub your Lamen and Lemual parallel.

I wrote a really awesome and witty comment that somehow disappeared. Oh well. Your boys are going to be heart breakers. : )

Boy howdy I am glad I have a dentist appointment today!!
You are obviously not the only one in love with Lulu....those pics are so sweet!
I can't believe you get to have a cubworld concert right there in your own yard- you are gonna be the coolest dummy ever to be a Utard! Maybe your kids will boogie on down in front of everyone like they did at the last cubworld concert they went to. I'm a little jealous.

Hey Deb: Your kids are so funny. Ya that is very exciting for Colby just so far away. Oh well he will be here for the summer. Now we will have to do something fun during the summer.

Also we are in for the BBQ on Monday. Just let us know what to bring and the address. Sounds like fun. Thanks for the invite!!

Ha ha! I love the book she chose. How funny is that?

And your boys are so handsome. I think your lighter-haired boy has your nice face!

I wish poddle skirts and rolled up jeans with white shirts would make a come back.

Your pup is the cutest pup ever!!! And SO rebellious!

I agree with Martha, posts like these are why you left your heart in Hawaii. So happy for you all.

Love it all. Have fun this weekend. Sounds like tons of fun.

Hey deb: We are fine doing dessert but we are not able to do ice cream due to the funds. I will do rice crispy treats.

Your boys look so fun! and they look totally in love with Lulu!
